Christian’s final degree project at HTW Berlin was entitled Facts+Patterns. It is a series of everyday objects featuring patterns that convey information as diagrams. He received numerous international awards for the project:

• 2011 European Design Award: Gold in the category Student/Graduate Project
• 2011 ADC Nachwuchswettbewerb: Gold in the category Degree Projects
• 2011 Creativity International Awards: Best in the category Environmental Graphics (Student)
• 2011 International Design Excellence Awards: Bronze in the category Student Designs
• Good Design 12 award (Deutscher Designer Club)
